The staff was very nice and helpful. We liked the value and and stayed there 5 days. There was always lots of trash in the parking lot the entire five days. We had to change rooms 3 times due to maintenance problems with the shower not working in room 301. The second room number 305 had a disgusting milk stained office chair and broken refrigerator. We were then moved to 306 which had a lovely view of IHOP's roof, but the room was clean and everything worked. The staff was very helpful and apologized for all the inconveniences. Overall, the hotel has a lot of deferred maintenance and the price is reflective of the quality of the property. The staff is very courteous and friendly despite the hotel's shortfalls. We are thankful for there hospitality.

I've stayed here a couple of times. This is a great, reasonably priced facility. The room was very clean & had plenty of towels and toiletries. The bed was comfortable & tub was newly refinished. Room was great and clean overall until I found a huge roach coming out of the tv/kitchen cabinet. The cleaning staff was a bit rude, I asked them to change the sheets after 4 days of staying in the room and they declined. Front desk took care of it immediately though. Shout out to the front desk staff in general who were great throughout my stay. Parking was plentiful, but I stayed during the off season I think.
