Nice hotel with an excellent location. It's just a bit dated and the rooms could use a renovation. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it.
The hotel building is beautiful and has a great location. The rooms could use some renovation to become more modern and comfortable.

Hotel Victoria in a great local
I was in Mérida for surgery and I stayed for four nights. The rate was very reasonable and the location was excellent. I think the Hotel Victoria is a beautiful building that needs to some updates soon. i also wish that they had king size beds.
We were looking for a quick stay over after a late evening arrival. This was perfect. The staff was helpful and attentive, All in all, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location, interesting architecture
We loved Hotel Victoria's architecture, art, and location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is terrific; directly on the elegant Paseo de Montejo, and just about a block from the stunning Monument to the Homeland, a modern-era sculpture paying homage to the Yucatan's deep, numerous eras of civilisation The Monument hosts a weekly light-show that is a big crowd-pleaser.
The property is in a great location, near many restaurants and the historic center of Merida. It is clean and comfortable and the ataff are friendly and helpful. I always stay here when I travel to Merida for business.
Overall great location, with dining options around and at hotel. Very attentive and honest staff. We left some items behind. They sent a picture letting us know we had left them. Will definitely be choosing them again
The location of this property is perfect. Beautiful houses, next to the Monumento a la Patria, many dining options.
The downside are the outdated bathrooms.
The hotel was very nice. Staff was available 24/7. The restaurant was good with a variety of options. There were other restaurants in walking distance.
Great location. BUT: Hard beds, not sufficient coolness in room, street dogs living in the back of the hotel barking all night long. Not a 4 star hotel, remotely.
I was really lucky, picked the Hotel Victoria because my convention hotel (Fiesta Americana) was overbooked. Stayed with them for a week, and I got a much better deal than my fellow travelers. Convenient walk on Paseo Montejo to the seminar, and I was treated with personal service by a kind staff. I’d highly recommend to anyone for short or long stay.

The location is great!
However, we had issues with the water 3 out of 6 days. They fixed but it was a bit inconvenient.
The restaurant downstairs has decent coffee, food was ok, but nothing special. Ok for a quick meal, but not something memorable.
The rooms are average, bed was average, lighting was not good.
Parking was great!

Really liked this property, but I wished they updated their and had more options for king sized beds. Great reception service and amazing staff. Liked the room and the atmosphere. In a prime spot that’s in a quiet area. My only thing is they need to update their tvs. The remote barely worked and I could barely watch any channels on it.
The location is ideal for walking around Montejo and centro. Staff are helpful and gracious. Restaurant food is ok, service a bit slow. The dining room can get a bit noisy if there is a large group. The terrace is an alternative.

It’s an old hotel but they keep it nice and clean , convenient location, most of the workers were very nice but the lady in the front desk was not, she was rude when I asked nicely why she was giving me a double bed when I booked a king size and she said very rudely it’s what I have take it or leave it !
I stayed 15 days and enjoyed myself immensely. Very clean and well maintained. Quiet, other than the traffic on Paseo de Montejo, but you can open the windows to get fresh air. Much calmer than the Centro which is still an easy walk away and the Paseo is the place to stroll! Lots of nearby attractions. Used the rooftop loungers to get some sun in privacy, and a quick dip. A special thanks to Alba and Melanie for letting me practice my Spanish. Hasta la proxima!
We stay here since it was close to the us consulate, but the hotel has an amazing location, you have everything close by and lots of restaurants and coffee shops around, they have free parking and the staff were very friendly, the food at the hotel restaurant was excellent. It is nit new but they keep it in fair state and most important very clean with a fair price.

I stayed only one night & I didn’t eat at the restaurant there, the room was clean, bed is fine mattress semi firm, pillows too soft not good to sleep on, shower pressure is ok, they put only two small bottle of water if you need more you have to pay ( ridiculous) , parking in the back is fine. little noisy if your room is facing the main road .
