La habitación no es lo que prometen en la plataforma y además no se hacen responsable de eso. Las fotos están editadas, mejorar el color haciendo que el lugar se vea más nuevo de lo que en realidad está, los ángulos de las fotos tomadas del baño lo hacen ver mucho más espacioso, además de que la pared estaba sucia de algo café verdoso, olía bastante mal el área de alberca, el pasto de las fotos de la alberca está tan editado que parece pasto natural y en realidad es pasto sintético ya bien viejo, el agua de las fotos de la alberca se ve súper azul bonito y en la realidad se ve una alberca descuidada y el agua ya medio turbia. Dice que tiene sábanas de algodón egipcio y almohadas súper cómodas y cero que ver son unas sábanas súper tiesas e incómodas y almohadas de huata espantosa. Expedia no apoya a la devolución por publicidad engañosa y entre los dos son un par de mentirosos que hacen de todo para no devolver el dinero pagado.
