Good location close to lots of restaurants within an easy quick drive. Good access to the motorway to Melbourne city. Although the furniture was older style the room was very clean and comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay here as a family. Gorgeous gardens to explore with the kids.

My family and I stayed here for a wedding at Ballara in Eltham. Room was very clean. Quiet area. Room was nice and warm overnight. Bed was comfortable. Sufficient amount of soap, shampoo, conditioner. House keeping was great also. The beautiful garden ideal for a small wedding. Don't let the antique furniture put you off. Would recommend to anyone to stay here.
