Hotel Indigo has extremely friendly staff (professional and welcoming).
Central location, very close to Bourke street. Silent, no street noise at all or even sounds from other guests. Also, impressively thick curtains. After a late arrival, I slept well after sunrise! Comfy bed.
The reception is surprisingly on the second floor. Multiple speedy elevators made access very easy. Easy taxi drop off in Little Collins Street (opposite the Patagonia shop)
A very great hotel in central Melbourne.

Excellent service from the start bring shown for outside where the hotel entrance was.
Got early check in with IHG membership. Very friendly staff at reception that were interested in what we were doing in the city.
Room very clean, neat, very quiet (heard no street noise at all) different pillow type choices were a bonus. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely stay again
