Good location, easy walk from Swanson St Station. Our room had a nice view over Collins St. Plenty of space but a better allocation of that space would have improved the ensuite, which was tiny. Kitchenette is always good to have, however the overhead cupboards were at ceiling height and impossible to reach. What was the interior designer thinking?

Very disappointed in this hotel. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work, bathroom shelf hanging loosely, bathroom soap dispenser fell off wall. Dishwasher did not work. Reported to reception on day 1, was told maintenance would come and rectify problems. No one showed over the next 4 days. We paid a very inflated price due to F1 weekend, 4 times the normal price which we were prepared to pay for a nice room. Unfortunately we did not get it. On the plus side location was great.
