"I was traveling with my mom, so finding a room with two twin beds at a modest price was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Room was smaller than average, but had a good size closet if needed. No microwave or mini fridge, but did not need. My only complaint was the Nespresso machine. There were three capsules total. The machine sounds like a portable air compressor running. Selecting the large cup selector made a shot glass worth of coffee. Had to press button twice to fill the tiny cups provided. Also would have been nice to have tea available. They did have refillable filtered water bottles/dispenser on every floor."

"I checked the bathroom and saw black mold like substanceI took pictures. Showed them to hotel clerk who was kind and gave me a new room key. The 2nd bathroom had black mold substance worst than the first room. I took pictures and got a room key for a 3rd room. It was mold free bathroom. The WiFi code did not work properly. Room phone did not work in 3rd room. Warning, if you stay here check the bathroom for black mold substance before you unpack. I will not be returning to this hotel. "

"Friendly staff and great location if u want to explore Chicago’s Chinatown but it’s also closer to downtown Chicago as well. Lots of amazing food choices and cheap parking around the area compared to the rest of Chicago."

"Refused my registered service dog and I at the door and then refused to refund me. Stated they are adhering to their cancellation policy which I super did NOT cancel. I was told tough luck I should have read the policies more carefully. My dog is in fact registered with the ADA and yes I sure did present my card for proof. Super not worth the price. Same price you get a much better bang for your buck at Dorothy’s bed and breakfast. I would never ever try to stay here again"
