"浴室の照明が壊れていて真っ暗な状態、簡易的な持ち運び用の照明が置かれていた。問い合わせると、浴室の照明が壊れているのでそちらをお使い下さいとの事。 事前連絡もなし、チェックインして浴室照明がつかない事に気付いてこちらから何度も連絡したがずっと留守電。やっと折り返して来たと思ったら照明が壊れていると初めて知らされました。 対応の遅さに怒りが込み上げ、返金してもらいすぐに部屋を出ました。急いで別の宿泊先を探して移動しましたが子連れ旅だったので大変でした。 数々のホテルに泊まりましたがこんな対応をされたのは初めてだったので、二度とこのホテルには泊まりません。 あと、暖房も付いていないのに部屋がかなり暑く それも伝えたら、冷房を付けて調整して下さいとの事でした。全てがいいとこ無しのホテルでした。"

"這是一家非常有歷史的旅館,很有昭和風情,保存得非常好,房間都是塌塌米鋪床的形式,和式茶几,一個人住空間剛好,方便大行李箱打開,離松江站非常近,旁邊就是7-11,好口碑的各式餐廳都在附近,慢慢散步十分鐘內就可以搭船去看松江城。價格又實惠,實在沒得挑,唯一的缺點是老旅館當然沒有電梯,但是服務人員會幫忙搬行李上下樓,下次還會再來松江,應該還是會選擇這裡。"
