From the moment we walked into the entrance of the Granvia Hotel in Okayama, the magic began. We were greeted with wide smiles and a “happy to see you!” vibe. The one downer was that the luggage we had sent to this hotel was only partially delivered. The wonderful young lady at the front desk (Sato, Sumire) was very sympathetic and went out of her way to help us find the missing luggage. She called “Sagawa” delivery service and informed them of their mistake. The lady from Sagawa told us that our bag was still in Osaka and that it would be delivered the next day. Fortunately, I had an “Apple Air Tag” in the bag and knew the bag was in their Okayama distribution center. Our missing luggage was delivered to our hotel room within a few hours. We will highly recommend this hotel (Grandvia Okayama) to all our friends and anyone who asks. Again, please send our personal thanks to Ms. Sato, Sumire for her help and kindness. Aloha and mahalo!

The location of this hotel is fantastic. All staff were very professional and friendly. The breakfast was great with 19th floor view. If the is hotel equip coin laundry machines for guests to use, it would be more than perfect hotel in Okayama.

This is my fifth stay at Granvia Okayama. Elegant, comfortable, and convenient. I asked for extra bath towels, and they were delivered within 5 minutes. I didn't opt for the hotel breakfast, since there are so many convenient and less expensive options in the station area.

The hotel was very beautiful and the level of service from the staff was unparalleled. The location of the hotel is excellent for anyone using the train station. The hotel is very clean. I wojld recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Okayama.

My second stay here. A passageway connects the hotel to JR Okayama station so it’s most convenient when travelling by train. Staff & service are excellent. Will stay here again next time I’m in Okayama.

Premium room was well stocked and pristine but separate toilet room was a very tight space. Shower room and vanity were spacious and renovated. Staff very welcoming and despite proximity to main station, well sound proofed. Definitely a good hotel choice and excellent location!
