"Not a 5 star property…mostly “mediocre”, not terrible, just not great. Staff mostly avoided helpful interactions, getting coffee in am restaurant was challenging. Great variety of restaurants available throughout the overall, very large property, food quality was variable, ranging from okay to great (2/7 experiences were memorable), no ambiance in any of the restaurants, both buffet or the reserved ones."

"The resort could used a refresh. The buffet menu never matched what's offer. The gym schedule was not being followed. Several times ibshowed for a class and they had decided at the last minute to switch to another class or just cancel, very frustrating. The shows in the evening were super late and not interesting "

"I just got back from here today and it was such a good experience. Everything was amazing. Lots of stuff to do for the kids. Love the evening events they have. Staff were so so nice and helpful. Lots of food options. Only thing missing was the villas didn’t have elevators. Being on the top floor was a pain of going back and forth. Other than that, 9.5 out of 10 for sure! "

"My 3 daughters and I booked a swim-up suite. It was so much fun! The beach is beautiful and the pool was so relaxing! The poolside staff were always around willing to help us. The staff here are all friendly, welcoming people. We definitely want to come back! An excellent vacation! "

"Rooms smell of mildew. Food is disgusting. Property is run down. Drunk teenagers will wake you around 1am nightly. This is a 2 star resort marketed as a 5 star. Everything is broke. Diamond upgrade is a scam. Roach was on buffet food. They tried to charge me for a Cabana I didnt get. 1st Vacation I lost weight on. Managemant is nowhere to be found. Go somewhere else."

"For staying iin the Club (Adult Side) There is a large selections of pools that are beautiful and extremely clean and well maintained. They have numerous Bali Beds as well as Palapas on the beach. There are improvements that need to be addressed. Many of the Bali beds and Chaise lounges are in need of new cushions. The structure of the Bali frame needs restraining and curtains need to be replaced. Our spacious room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Good air conditioning. Staff was attentive to our needs Restaurants were good with a large variety of food for each and every visitor. Different shows perform at property theater. There is a Casino as well. This place is perfect if you need to relax and unwind from your everyday life. "
