"We are return guests of the Majestic Mirage Resort. We always have a great experience, especially with the staff. The butlers, cleaning staff, bartenders and everyone in between always offer top-notch service. The only disappointment we experienced was having the Main Dining Room (buffet) closed everyday during lunch and dinner. They also closed sit-down restaurants on a rotational basis. So, if the restaurants that were open were not to your liking there was no main dining room buffet option available. We understood it being off-season and the need to cut certain dining options, but to remove the main buffet as one of those was tough. Everyone can always find something they like at the buffet. We will return in the future because this resort is wonderful, especially for the money paid. Room service saved us on the nights with limited dining options. Room service food was impeccable!! Thank you Majestic Mirage!"

"One of the best holidays we have ever been on. The staff are incredible. Maria and Marleny in Restaurants. Steysi and Rogainny by the poolside. Joandry and Ivelisse at the cafe Aroma honestly making the experience for us so special for the anniversary. Everything about this hotel is perfect and the staff couldn’t do anymore to make it so special for us. It really really was an excellent holiday would make sure to make friends with the staff because once you’re here you’ll find it hard to leave. The poolside entertainment relaxing and delightful. Evening entertainment hit or miss depending on what you want but you know what it’s a matter of taste and not the end of the world. 10/10 fantastic. Everyone here is incredible and can’t wait to come back next year"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Wonderful Stay at RIU Palace Bávaro! RIU Palace Bávaro is a beautiful, spacious property with so much to offer! There are plenty of amenities, a nice shopping area, and several different restaurants to choose from, so there’s always something to enjoy. As a Dominican, I was especially impressed with the buffet’s authentic Dominican food. It truly felt like home, and I appreciated seeing our traditional flavors represented so well! They also have an outdoor food area near the pool with a great variety of options to satisfy just about any craving. One of my favorite features was the quiet area of the resort, especially the adults-only section. It was amazing to have a space to relax, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere without kids around. Overall, this resort offers a great balance of variety, relaxation, and entertainment. Whether you’re traveling with family or looking for a more peaceful adults-only experience, there’s something for everyone. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Punta Cana!"

"Had a great time! staff was very friendly, there were a lot of amenities at this location. Food was excellent, getting a reservation at one of the restaurants at the resort was difficult, would've preferred if there was a way to reserve in advance online rather than waiting in line the day of. Room was clean, however definitely feels outdated rooms could use some upgrades. It definitely is a party vibe when you walk in, so be prepared for loud music and dancing! Overall, I would consider coming back!"

"Most of the staff was very nice although I did have 1 person that was very rude and not helpful at all everyone else was nice and helpful, the food was very good, the buffet had a good variety and the Zen restaurant was the best will recommend."
