"Really close walk to the beach! all was great except some staff was a bit rude/ignored when we were at cafe counter, but welcoming staff was great! The blankets seemed like they weren’t totally clean and had a humid smell. Overall the room was good the bathrooms had big bottles of shampoo/body wash and we can control the ac ourselves, also was greeted with a $5 everyday credit but all the items for sale were pricey except for soda"

"We were there this February. The room space is great. Everything needs to be upgraded, furniture and appliances. Very old. Rusting on the side of refrigerator and inside the freezer and stove. The sliding door was impossible to open and didn’t lock. Contacted management several times with no response. After trying for five days to reach a manager, a repairman came to put a new latch on the door but still needed new parts for the door to slide properly. The safe wasn’t working. Had to have someone put new batteries in it. Things that should have been noticed by the cleaning staff definitely not picked up on. I would not book with this company in future, as their manager is terrible and doesn’t seem to work on site during stated office hours and doesn’t seem to take your concerns seriously. Very poor customer service overall. "

"Valet service inefficient. No microwave in room. Coffee maker was clumsy. No attempts were made to ask if we needed housekeeping. Wi fi service was not working at all. Ocean views were ruined by leaking air conditioner from above. Access to ice was a hassle. "

"A big parking lot and multiple buildings blocking ocean view. A lot of noises from the construction crew and trash pickup trucks every morning and doors slammed around us. Nice area location to visit but it not noise proved "
