Our stay at the Mercure Ambassador in Hongdae was absolutely wonderful!! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were super helpful and friendly, and the location was perfect for conveninient subway and bus access. It took a little bit to familiarize ourselves with how to adjust the air conditioning to our preferences, but other than that everything was super easy to figure out and use. Would definitely stay there again, and we will for sure recommend this hotel to others looking for a place to stay on their visit to the country! ★★★★★

All staffs are very nice and friendly. I’m arrived earlier than the check-in time and it’s allowed me to store the luggage. The king bed room is clean, cozy and comfortable. Room size is not big but good enough for 1-2 people and for 1 luggage (opened). Location is excellent. Eating, shopping is just nearby. Absolutely I will stay here again for my next KR trip.

We booked the Superior Room with multiple beds. It’s perfect for a family of 3 or 4 with small kids. Room was spacious and hotel is conveniently located in Hongdae. There’s lots of shopping and food options to choose from. It’s close to public transportation or taxi/rideshare pickup. Friendly staff and had no issues communicating with guests. Hotel was clean. Elevator took a little while during busy times because it’s small. Will stay again.
