"Excellent location for visitor to greater Oahu and while in transit."

"Lovely hotel but busy with families with kids, the storms impacted our use of the outdoor facilities in the hotel so only got to swim once . We had a classic king room on the 7th floor in the first building and could see Waikiki beach from the balcony which was nice. Negatives about the room would be rubbish trucks emptying the bins at 4:30 am, construction across the road and the bathroom needs an extractor fan as the bathroom steamed up and hallway carpet felt damp . We did get bitten in bed from something so asked the Cleaning staff to spray our bed on the second to last night. Overall it was good, convenient to walk to the shops, lovely aquarium in the hotel lobby bar and ABC store on the ground floor. "

"For time Hawaii visitors this place should be the first spot you stay at. It is touristy but you just need to get that out of the way."

"The hotel was well located just across the road from the beach. We had a lovely ocean view room on the 24th floor. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful - just one lady on reception who wasn’t helpful unfortunately but the rest of the staff were amazing. The room we had was very noisy - being ocean view and on the main street side meant you could hear all the street noise, loud cars etc. They make the BEST pina coladas at the Splash Bar!"

"The location of the hotel is a bit far from waikiki beach so you can’t just walk there because it will take more than an hour but the flip side is that street parking is easy to find and it’s free from 6:00 pm to 7:00 am so you don’t need to pay the $33 per day hotel parking and can drive to waikiki or any other beach! Rooms are recently remodeled and clean. They do housekeeping every for days but they would give you clean towels if you ask. Overall we had a pleasant stay"

"Location of hotel is close to essential stores like Target, Walmart, shopping mall, and restaurants. There is shuttle service to the beach which is not too far away. If you are looking for a hotel that is a few steps to the beach, this is not the place for you. Hotel during our stay was under staffed. Waited a long time to check in because there was only 1 person at the counter during the entire time we were there. Room service was inconsistent. Our room was not cleaned everyday. There is also an additional $50 for resort fees that will be added as well as $59 for parking so keep that in mind if you are planning."
