"This hotel is an older establishment that is well-maintained. The premises are clean, and the staff are courteous and professional. The breakfast and meals offer good value for money. However, the amenities are limited, and there is no on-site parking available. Parking can be found on the street, which is monitored continuously by the hotel’s security personnel around the clock. Overall, it is a satisfactory facility. It is also recommended to inspect the bed linens, as stains were observed on the sheets during my stay. The pillows are firm and may cause discomfort, and the air conditioning unit was excessively noisy. Despite these issues, the hotel provides acceptable accommodation."

"The location is very good, close to everything and the airport. Staff is very welcoming and warm, kudos to Filipino hospitality❤️. The hotel needs an upgrade though. Rooms look tired and dated, definitely need to improve to make it more cozy and something to look forward to at the end of the day."

"This is an honest review of a “penthouse” unit near Okada—shared for public awareness, not to harm the business. There were different addresses sent, which caused confusion upon arrival, and no intercom connected to the lobby. The unit is spacious enough for 6, but the quality and upkeep did not meet “penthouse” standards. Concerns:    •   Only one TV (remote not working) in this "penthouse"    •   Middle bedroom AC was fast-dripping—we were given a bucket as a fix solution    •   AC remotes had no back covers    •   Empty dishwashing liquid, no dishwasher    •   Noisy/unstable master bed frame    •   Difficult communication (3 numbers, only one responded) Other notes:    •   Free WiFi (speed unsure)    •   Massage chair available    •   Flimsy table, stand lights, extension cords Positives:    •   Free parking 1 space on different floor    •   Cold AC overall    •   Big fridge    •   Fast elevator, nice water view We didn’t explore amenities like pool access due to communication issues. I requested a late checkout due to the inconveniences and was given until 12 noon—with a request for a 10-score review in return, mentioning they are currently struggling. Reached out to lobby for luggage storage after check out where night staff stated is possible and will arrange and the day staff said that is not possible! Book If you’re okay with these conditions. But for those used to Western standards, this may fall short. Sharing honestly to help others decide."

"Buffet is nice but not for that amount of money. Two guest 5,800 peso is too expensive. That’s $100 American dollars and nothing there was that special. Breakfast was 3,600 peso for two cheaper but still expensive. There not serving steaks and lobster. Food is mostly room temperature unless you’re order an omelet. There is a lot to pick from but be real. You can’t eat 50 different things. It’s could be a little more realistic and half the price then it would be sensible. "
