The luxury apartments misleadingly and poorly advertised. Expedia ad says business name is Luxury Apartments by Phil City Condos but the name of the actual building is El Jardin Presidente 2, when my guests showed up, the check in desk wont acknowledge the reservation "luxury apartments". The number thats in the ads is not working nor cant be reached. My guest ended up staying on another property.. Thanks to expedia agent who helped rebook the guests in a closeby hotel. BEAWARE WHEN BOOKING THIS PROPERTY..
