I love everything about this hotel, from the location to the amenities and ofcourse the room itself. Hotel is still new so you can expect that clean and modern feels. The pool is perfect for kids because it's heated. Location is very convenient because SM mall is just beside the hotel. And pillows are to die for. Breakfast buffet can do a little improvement though. But overall, will definitely go back and recommend to friends and families. Indeed a hidden gem in the city.

great location, clean nice facilities good size room

Excellent stay at Citadines Roces Quezon City. The room is clean and new. And as a hotel at the same time a service apartment is a great experience and very convenient for those who like a long staycation. Their staff are friendly and a breakfast buffet is really good. And as a furparent a sweet stay with my pet is a big point in us. Off course lets also do our part to be a responsible pet owner, follow the rules of the hotel and be considerate for others because Citadines open their door as a...

The staff were super accommodating. The room is good for both working and relaxation.

We were 2 families traveling with 2 children, ages 12 & 15. We booked a 2 bedroom suite, which was perfect. We were able to buy snacks and hosted visiting family in the room for dinner. The hotel is luxurious and the service is wonderful. As the Primea just opened in February, they still have some operational items to work out. The air conditioning in one of the bedrooms was stuck on high fan at 19 degrees, making for very cold sleeping conditions. Despite 2 calls to engineering, they were...

We always stay here when we go to concerts in the area. Every time and this is our 4th time we have never had a problem. Novotel Manila is an excellent hotel. Breakfast is amazing. The staff are extremely proficient. The hotel is right in the middle of shopping malls and restaurants.

Price was worth it. Will book again

The property’s parking is very tight and challenging to navigate. People with large SUVs need to be aware. Only a slight challenge if you’re a decent driver.

Beautiful hotel. Helpful staff. Excellent location.

An impromptu booking turned a well deserved break...had a peaceful stay here

Breakfast had a lot of international selection. It had a wide spread of buffet. My family loved it. The staff was also kind and did some conversations. We were allowed to watch the World Cup at the lobby lounge. The experience was worth it. They also gave us complimentary drinks when we arrived.
