"Always great to come back to the Lotte NY Palace for our annual Veterans Day weekend trip. We’ve stayed here for the last four years and will continue. The hotel is in a great location. The double beds seem larger than normal and are comfortable and the rooms are large. The service is always outstanding. A little disappointed that Troubles Trust was closed but was happy walking up to Rarities. See you next year!"

"Had an excellent stay. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and courteous the entire time. The hotel and room were very clean and had everything we needed. You cannot beat this location. We came for a Broadway show and easily walked there and back in a few minutes. Also very close and walkable to other attractions. I am coming back in March for another show and am definitely staying!"
