"Small rooms and bed was comfy, the carpets could do with a deep clean or even removing completely; given that it is a pet-friendly hotel, I’d suggest the latter. Besides that, the hotel is comfortable and well located. Cheap and cheerful and dog-friendly. "

"Being able to have the hound with us is the number one reason for our stay here 😎 Our room was clean and functional. King size bed, but not much space around it - not a problem if, like us, your days are spent exploring the city; speaking of which, this location is *ideal* for sewing everything central Manchester has to offer. For the hounds, Parsonage Gardens is a few minutes walk away, for those mandatory comfort breaks and a place to play. A couple of minor maintenance issues handed over to staff, nowt to impede our enjoyment of the stay. Would be happy to stay here again. "

"No tea coffee facilities in the room. Shower was filthy. Mould on shower chair and hand rail. Only 2 sockets. Side table loose , unsafe to put anything on. Hairs and bits all over the floor. Bed was comfy "

"I stayed here with with my two sons and partner. I was running the Manchester to Liverpool Ultra and the wee bag with a snack and the little note inside was a really nice, thoughtful touch. All the staff were very friendly and accomodating. My son who has a disability loved using the pancake machine for breakfast. Thanks for a lovely stay."

"Aways a good stay at this hotel. room was comfortable and clean, staff are friendly and helpful and food is good although limited choice. Breakfast is freshly cooked too, no buffet apart from continental items."
