From the moment you arrive, the welcome is warm and you can feel you’ve stepped into somewhere truly special. The service is outstanding, and both the room and the garden area are luxurious, elegant, and peaceful. This hotel is simply magnificent — a true paradise on earth to unwind and forget everything for a weekend.

子連れ旅行で室内で足音等結構バタバタしてしまい周りに迷惑をかけてないか不安でしたが快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で気持ちよく過ごせました。ありがとうございます。 ◽ポジティブ ・ウェルカムドリンクやケーキ(シャインマスカットのケーキや芋のケーキ)、鴨のスモーク、フルーツ(スイカやオレンジや葡萄)がとても美味しかった ・部屋とは別にある専用露天風呂までの道や露天風呂の世界観は特別感がありました ・連泊のゴミやタオルを部屋の外に出しておくと回収していただけることをイレギュラー的に提案いただいた ・ポットをお借りできて便利だった ・飲み物(野菜ジュース、お茶、コーラ、水)やアイスなど市販品が共同冷蔵庫に入っており便利でした ◽ネガティブ ・駅からホテルのチェックインアウトの送迎は事前連絡しておけば対応いただけるようですが、特に事前のメールではないので必要な人は注意が必要(ただ急遽連絡しても繋がれば対応いただける) ・洗濯できる環境がないので2泊以上の宿泊には不向き ・館内コンテンツがないので雨天の子連れには不向き ・個室露天風呂のカバーを取ると表面が泡立っておりカバーについていた洗剤が入っている感じで入りづらかった ・夕飯@2万、朝食@5000円。周りに店がほとんどない中でいうとこのコース一択というのは自由度がない ・ザ温泉というよりは演出的な個室露天風呂なので温泉目的でくると不完全燃焼そう。シャワーが強度調整できないので子供には痛い ・冷蔵庫に市販品があって自由に取れる仕組みは効率的だがワクワクはしない

施設はまだ新しく、清潔感満載のホテルです。またテントと露天風呂のある別室（ガーデン）もしっかりとプライバシーが保たれ、お湯も適度な温度で大変満喫出来ました。 サービスも従業員の方々の笑顔での丁寧な対応は大変よく、到着時の軽食や選べるシャンプー、ボディーソープ、ソフトドリンクとアイスの無料サービスなど至れり尽くせりで満足いくものでした。 ２点ほど気になった点は、水回りのミラー内蔵型時計や同様の共用部分のトイレの時計が正確じゃなかったり、部屋内の冷蔵庫が殆ど効いていなかったことは少し残念てした。
