"Breakfast was good. A little pricy for what they were offering on the menu/buffet. But everything was cooked well and tasted fresh. Staff was caring, and service was good when asked. Thank you for the hospitality. "

"The pool was terrible! Getting to the pool, going about the pool, the pool itself was terrible! Not clean either and only for small children. The pool should be easily accessible for hotel guests without the hoopla that we had to go through. The area around the hotel should be cleaner as well.none of our drivers knew how to get to our hotel. Going anywhere you have to go through a bad area to get to the good area. "

"The hotel needs a lot of upgrades. Design though is not bad. They should improve soundproofing of their rooms. We can hear every thing on the hallways, and the rooms are adjacents, so we can hear them talking and laughing. The hotel may have been advertised as a resort, so the locals come over and party for a few days. On our 2nd day a group of families checked in. I was so tired so I was about to take a nap, when the noise started. A kid yelling continuesly like he was on the street. Then the adults meet in the hallway and talk, laugh like they are in a party. So we asked to be transferred to a different room away from our floor. They did, but we were awaken by the adjacent room checking out the adjacent door, and people upstairs dragging something. If you're looking for a place to sleep for a night or two, this hotel may work. If you're looking for a place to rest after a day of work, this may not be the one. The staff however is excellent, each and every one that we had encountered during our stay there made us feel very special. "

"It was the pool which was disappointing. It was also a health club so sometimes you use the pool until noon as it was full of very loud children The staff by the pool were not that attentive. The champagne bar restaurant was excellent. Breakfast very mediocre."

"Location was close to the U.S. Embassy and Rizal Park. Clean room, great staff. Elevators broke down day & night on a rotating basis. For me(allergic to garlic & onion), it was not a pleasant dining experience. As a guest, I got 20% off all food, but there wasn’t anything on the menus I could eat. "

"Internet was lacking in speed in a few areas of the room. The comfortroom shelf was a bit dirty. The staff were very accommodating, addressed our issues in a timely matter, and we were treated above expectations. The location was top notch. Thanks for the great stay."
