"Our stay here was one of the best hotel stays ever. The check in staff was incredibly helpful, the lobby, restaurant and bar was immaculate and clean making us feel very comfortable, and the room was amazing. We had a basic city view room that was laid out very well with a great balcony looking towards the church, and the balcony chairs were extremely comfortable. The included beer, juices, and coffee was a very nice touch as well that made us feel like we received a great value for our stay. Plus, checkout time was noon, and they let us stay until 5 pm for 10 euros an hour (we were catching the evening ferry). Palma de Mallorca was an incredible place to visit, and we are definitely coming back here in the future for a longer holiday, and DEFINITELY staying at this hotel! Our room was 1101 and we will try to stay in the same room too."

"I had an amazing stay! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I loved how convenient the location was easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The ocean view from my room was beautiful, and it made every morning feel special. Definitely a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I’ll be coming back!"

"Such a lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff 24/7. Quiet area and the hotel has a really nice pool and pool bar. The rooms have balconies and the beds are super comfy. Great location too, just a 5 minute walk from the beach! "

"Very friendly and helpful team, on my second day the power went out (not their fault) but after the air con in the big dorm didn’t seem to work as well. It made for a stuffy end to my stay."
