Beautiful hotel, amazing garden with pool, great central location. Staff were superb, friendly, helpful - best I have experienced outside Switzerland. Biggest most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, room very quiet. Bar prices surprisingly reasonable, breakfast great. Oh, and did I mention the amazing garden and superb staff?

Luxury Hotel. Amazing facilities. Great staff. Best Location in Palma. Ive been coming to Palma for over 30 years and stayed at some great places but Can Bordoy has been the best hotel and experience ive had. From check in , in the garden with cava, to check out the whole stay was just fantastic. Deluxe suite with terrace was beautiful , the garden pool was fantastic. Rooftop the most stunning views. All staff excellent. We cant wait to return.

Everything was perfection! The front desk was very kind and welcoming. The staff wonderful and professional. The spa and the lady taking care of it was great. The food was great. Can Bordoy is undeniably beautiful. It is an elegant old mansion converted into a high-end five-star hotel, with lovely common areas, facilities, gardens, and an excellent Palma location. On paper, it should rank among the city’s best hotels. Unfortunately, the service did not match the setting. The expensive room we booked was extremely small, almost entirely occupied by the king-size bed. At check-in, we were shown a much larger, beautiful room, but only if we paid a significant additional supplement. It felt more like a bait-and-switch than an upgrade. During our three-night stay, housekeeping twice left dirty dishes and glasses in the room, and the hotel arranged a taxi that took us to the wrong restaurant. These were small issues individually, but together they showed a lack of attention to detail. Most disappointing was the response when I raised my concerns with the manager. I expected some modest comp, such as for the €18 drink I ordered during the conversation, or perhaps something off the expensive spa treatment we indulged on. Instead, the hotel later left two small bottles of olive oil in our room. Nice but kind of useless; the gesture felt oddly tone-deaf. Can Bordoy has the beauty and facilities of a true five-star hotel, but something in the service is missing. There are plenty of other similarly priced 5 star hotels in the area. I will not be returning to this one.

We had a FABULOUS stay at Can Bordoy for my husbands 50th Birthday! The hotel is just stunning and our suite was so beautiful. So much attention to detail. Breakfast was cooked fresh each morning and was delicious. You must dine in the Botànic Restaurant. The food is delicious excellent and the menu is extremely well thought out. This hotel is one of the best I have EVER stayed in. And it really was the team of staff who made our stay perfect. So THANK YOU!! we will definitely be returning to this wonderful place x

Romantic vintage hotel

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Could not recommend this hotel more. The staff went above and beyond, spa was fantastic, and most importantly the room was amazing. We loved every detail in the room from the gorgeous furnishings to the well thought out lighting. The mini bar was inside a mid century modern stereo which was playing romantic oldies when we walked in. Some reviews complain of the rooms being worn/old but we loved the vintage feel of the building and it was exactly what we wanted. The garden was gorgeous with beautiful plants and the rooftop glass bottom pool, although a little small, has a gorgeous view. It rained and was a little chilly during our stay but the staff made it ok with nice umbrellas and great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. It was hard for us to leave and we can’t wait to come back for anniversaries.

Amazing hotel. The restaurant food for lunch and dinner lets it down, but otherwise 5* and we will certainly stay again.
