"5 stars all around!! We were warmly welcomed at check in with a glass of champagne and very friendly service!! Huge shout out to the Kristal restaurant they have inside the hotel as well. We had a three course meal of the beef tenderloin and a sushi platter and Mochi for dessert paired with fresh fruit and the chef even brought us out his own creation of another seafood sashimi! The chef came out twice to greet us and ensure we were having a great meal which it was, the best meal I’ve ever had hands down!!I have never in my life had seafood more fresh and beef so tender as I did here. As a tip, go to that restaurant and skip the buffet they offer in their second restaurant, it was honestly the same price for everything as what we would’ve spent at the buffet. Overall, the hotel is located within a 15 min walk (farthest you’ll go) of 3 other beaches, all different in their own ways. If you don’t feel like walking to another beach, the property has its own beautiful pool with two bars to use and a private dock to jump into the ocean as you please. The room itself was amazing, all the rooms have a view of the ocean which was gorgeous and quiet to sit out on your balcony enjoying the views. All in all, the property was nice and relaxing without too much partying going on (which was what we were looking for) and they had live music and entertainers every night. I will always be dreaming from now on the delicious and amazing dinner from the Kristal restaurant and the stunning views"

"Qué hotel mas hospitable y amble! Las habitaciones eran super limpias y Comodas, con todas Las vistas preciosas del valcon. Me encanto estar el vista del mar y por buen precio, me gusto mucho poder relajarme con la puesta del sol, un cocktail y el spa pequeño pero relajante. Los empleados eran muy amables y simpaticos comparado a otros hoteles. Las facilidades, eran muy buenas y Comodas, tenian bastantes cosas para hacer en el hotel. Espero volver muy pronto para relajarme en esta maravilloso hotel."

"We stayed for 10 days in this slightly tired looking hotel so had reservations about the stay but we couldn’t have been better looked after. The staff are so warm and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble and to be honest the manageress Esperanza was so wonderful and really couldn’t do enough it’s no wonder the staff are so happy to work there. She was permanently on show and it was lovely to watch her taking the time to talk to all visitors with her lovely warm welcoming nature, it is easy to see she is definitely in the right career! The location, having its own beach on the doorstep is another major bonus . The towel changes, as often as you like is a definite a win in my book. Pool service from the waiters whether ordered or the little treat tasters of cocktails, kept us looked after and were always tidied up quickly and efficiently. We ate in the Masai restaurant and the food was 1st class. Nothing could be faulted. It was so good we went back for lunch on our final day because we wanted to end on a high note. The Al Cala may be next door to a 5 star hotel but the longer the stay, the more you learn to appreciate what it is about this hotel that’s sets it apart from the others. You leave feeling very rested and relaxed, planning your next visit, hopefully not too far away in the future. Try it it’s worth it! "

"Our stay at Zhero Hotel Mallorca was interesting. On the one hand, the staff was amazingly accommodating, pleasant and helpful. On the other hand, the hotel is showing signs of needing maintenance and general updates that seem to have been neglected. (One example of this is the decking around the pool area that seems spongy in places.) The towels in the rooms were very scratchy and old. It seems like a small thing but having nice towels can make up for a lot in a hotel. There was no elevator which I didn’t note when booking. Because we were on a longer trip and had many bags, it was difficult and inconvenient to lug them up and down the stairs. For a 3 star hotel, Zhero Hotel was fine. The AC worked great and it was nice to have a balcony to dry things we had washed. This being said, we aren’t likely to stay here again. "
