"Nice clean place with very responsive staff. They were extremely helpful via WhatsApp as I was arriving with a late check in. Cute location, free packing down the block, no issues. Clean room with good working AC. Bathroom was a little run down but completely adequate condition for the price of the room. very nice view from the top balcony off the communal kitchen, you can see the lighthouse. Great value stay, would come again if stopping in the area. "

"I have nothing negative to say about this Hotel. We were treated like royalty from the minute we arrived to the moment we left. The staff are fantastic. They are always in a great mood and super freindly and helpful. The property was beautiful, modern, well maintained and spotless. The location of the property is axcellwnt. It is centrally located in Olhao. Just a few minutes walk to restaurants, the waterfront and also the ferry to go see the barrier islands. We were truly blown away with this hotel. Honestly, it is one of the best hotels weve stayed at and will definitley be going back. We love Olhao and we love this hotel and would recommend it to everyone."

"This hotel is made great by its super helpful and nice staff. Everyone at reception was soo nice and the cleaning staff too. Anything we needed the mostly female staff would help us. The pool was a huge win with my daughter, deep enough and just the right temperature. There were always sun loungers available and air con worked really well. The rooms are small but nicely decorated and modern. At night it was very quiet being closer to the edges of town but only a ten minute walk away from the main Marina. I would love to stay there again when I go back to Olhao."

"Stayed for one night due to an early morning flight the next day. Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Aircon didn’t seem to get the room cool enough for my liking but it did lower the temperature to a manageable one. The sealant around the shower tray was deteriorated, so there was a bit of a leak after showering but the shower was lovely and powerful. Floorboards in the bedroom were coming loose in a few places and the window could be fully opened with a large drop beneath which didn’t seem very safe. Pool area was nice, as was the pool (although the tiling around the waterline area was cracked and missing tiles, so could do with some work). Overall though, none of the issues affected my stay and I would happily return if needing to stay close to the airport again."

"We had a very enjoyable two-night stay at Vila Galé Tavira Resort Hotel and were impressed by the quality of the hotel and its services. The hotel was spotless throughout, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, and everything felt fresh and inviting. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious choices to suit different tastes. It was a wonderful way to start each day. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, which provided a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. The spa was clean, well organized, and a great place to unwind. A special touch that we greatly appreciated occurred on our last day. We had an early morning train to catch and would miss the regular breakfast service. When we asked the front desk if it would be possible to prepare a takeaway breakfast, they kindly accommodated our request. They packed sandwiches, pastries, fruit, and water for us to enjoy on the train to our next destination. This thoughtful gesture reflected the hotel's commitment to excellent customer service. Two travelers from Virgina USA"
