"This is a very nice boutique hotel. It is perfectly situated and the staff is excellent. They are very attentive and they went out of their way to make sure that we had an enjoyable stay. If I’m back in Malacca I will definitely stay here again "
"CK Hotel is an excellent budget option in Malacca. The hotel and room were very clean, a short 8 minutes to the historical center, and a 15 min Grab/taxi to the bus terminal for only 7rm. There was a filter water station on every floor which was very convenient. Would stay again without hesitation.

"Old town Melaka in this hotel our suite was spacious and the bathroom was modern and beautiful. The bed was spacious and lounge chair amazing. Enjoyed the walkable tours . Food suggestions and many options to eat and shop. This hotel was over 100 years d with Asian inlays and carved furnishings. The Portuguese architecture was awesome blended with Chinese decor. Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to stay here again. "
"The room was perfect for my needs and both the bed and pillow were super comfortable.
All the staff were friendly and helpful.
This is exactly what a hotel should be like."
"Very friendly staff. They need to hire more reliable staff to ensure the rooms are cleaned and the toiletries and drinks are replenished before the guest returns.
The pillows provided are too soft so it would be good if they offer different options for pillows.
The hotel is conveniently located near malls and is not far from Jonker street.
Overall, my family spent 2 relaxing days there."

"The staff exhibited a welcoming and courteous demeanour. The room was immaculate, and the service was exceptional. Notably, the security guard employed during the night shift diligently verified the identities of individuals visiting the hotel during early hours, ensuring that only hotel guests were allowed access. This proactive measure has significantly enhanced the safety and security of all hotel guests. "
"The location is great, about 15mins walk to Jonker St. The road where the hotel is also very quiet so you'll get a good night sleep. The buffet breakfast is not huge but enough selection for Western and Asian palate.
Staff is accommodating and very friendly. The bed is super comfortable too! We had an amazing 4 days in this hotel!"

"I enjoyed my stay there. The view was great, and the atmosphere was mostly quiet, though there was some noise from outside in the early morning. The WiFi could be stronger, but overall, everything else was satisfactory.

"No wifi service. It’s a families vacation hotel, crowded. Breakfast hv to wait because place small to accommodate big group. Lifts service very bad, 5 & more minute waiting. Breakfast menu the same "
