An special place...

The Double Tree is a most unusual resort. The building style is Malay (I assume), and consists of four buildings which cover a large area. The corridors are open and only the rooms, restaurant, reception, etc. are air conditioned. My room wasn't all that big, but cozy ! There were a lot of families present, which would be ok, if it wasn't for screaming kids in the dining room .

A tucked away hotel on the lake. Beautiful views of the lake. Decent gym woth dumbells, kettle bells, and bands. The restaurant was a rotating buffet for meal times. Many options for food. The pool was on top of the building with access to sunm a great stay away from the bustle of KL

Wonderful service and amenities on the property. We enjoyed the multiple pools & the live music (Saturday night) at the cafe. We had a nice evening strolling along the lake (go to Putra Mosque and the Millenium Monument!) and it was easy to get to the airport the next morning

Family friendly resort + comfortable room , bed , pillow and linen are in best condition. + good breakfast with wide selection . No regrets to add on the breakfast. +locate just beside the Putrajaya lake + kids had fun at splash pool and kids club + staffs are all friendly and helpful If you ask me if anything could be better , I would suggest to have few security at the access to main road and lake side . To provide more secure and safe environment for hotel guest. Overall very satisfied with the stay .

The staff was very friendly, the area was quiet. It’s about a 30 minute drive to KL but with grab it’s very cheap.

Hidden gem

Fantastic hotel and service! Seems to be unexplored by many and should be enjoyed by many more. A hidden gem in beautiful Putrajaya!

Overall, Pretty good. Wonderful customer service from the restaurant. Well, Just too much carbs from the buffet especially for the lunch, why not adding some clean natural protein to their menu ( less highly processed food like sausage, spam style)
