It was a scam

This was a scam. Can't find the hostel, no such property. Wasting 1 hour looking for it. The phone number given was wrong. Called hotels.com contacts number but the service were very poor. I was scammed by the hostel through hotels.com platform. Hotels.com should initiate an investigation.

En casa de Saïd

Se trata de hostel que vale la pena ir por el trato recibido. Te sientes como en casa. Saïd es el propietario y un cocinero fantástico por lo que no te tienes que preocupar de pasar hambre. Por la mañana prepara un desayuno que consiste en un sandwich de tortilla, patata, lechuga y otros ingredientes. Este desayuno está incluido. El resto de comidas se tienen que pagar pero te recomiendo que las pruebes, es comida libanesa. Por ejemplo: el hummus. Sobre las habitaciones. Si lo que buscas es un sitio de paso y buen ambiente entre los mochileros este es tu lugar. Las habitaciones son justitas pero limpias (no corresponde a la del dbujo). Para descansar estan bien. Puede que pases algo de calor. Por lo que tiene ventiladores. La primera noche estuvimos en una habitación comoartida de literas porque estaba ocuoada la habitación doble, el resto de noches las pasamos en la doble. Espero que disfrutes de tu estancia tanto como nosotros.

壁が剝がれていたり、天井板に穴が空いていたりと、荒れ屋感が凄まじいです。ただ雨は漏りません。 すぐ外に下水溝とゴミ捨て場があることもあり、ドミトリーが臭い。定期的に芳香剤が散布される仕組みになっていますが、あまり大きな効果はありません。また、外の音が聞こえやすく、夜半過ぎまで爆音で音楽をかけているトライショーの騒音公害の影響ももろに受けます。 シャワー室には小さいクモやゲジゲジが結構います。 その辺が我慢できれば、主人が親切で色々助けてくれますし、悪いところではないかもしれません。

La vie en rose is a very special little hostel, basically in the center of Melaka in one of the most beautiful streets there is. Sahid was the perfect hostel owner, he cooks like a champ and reads your wishes from the lips. it is very simple, nothing is new or modern and it is nothing for someone who wants everything really clean - but the price is incredible for a place to sleep in and a very good breakfast in the morning! i would recommend this place to everyone, it is very special. Thank You for everything Sahid!

Avoid it

Saeid should get linen, mattresses and pillows changed. It should not cost much. Increase the price a bit but don't offer the beds in current condition. Wifi did not work. This place is at high risk of rodent related infection. Only way to live here is to get yourself tired during day time.

The best experience here, nice comfortable room, clean facilities, excellent vibe. It is also fair to mention the food served is amazing, being the owner also the cook, and the best one ever. Includes a delicious breakfast.
