"I was comfortable and felt safe throughout my entire trip! The staff were very helpful and the place was always very clean! It’s in a very convenient location. I am excited to stay there again on my next visit to Marrakesh!!"

"Karima was the perfect host and we were treated so well each day. The kids loved every moment. It was perfect for our family and the location is great too. We had an early morning pick up back to the airport (2:45am!) and the night staff made sure we were packed and had a little treat to go so we wouldn't be struggling before shops opened. Every detail was so thoughtful by everyone there - thank you all!"

"Staff are very nice Nice and clean place Not so many options for breakfast or restaurant but the location is great"

"Lovely original period property with helpful, friendly staff. Location excellent and breakfast nice."

"Our stay was amazing! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The central air conditioning worked perfectly, and the rooms were very clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again."

"Fabulous Riad with a gorgeous fusion of modern decor with Moroccan inspiration. We had a stunning room - family room - loads of space. The pool area and rooftop gorgeous as well. Not loads of sun loungers on the roof but plenty by the pool. Would definitely go again. "

"The place is great, the service rendered is out of place. All of the staff is ready to assist you at all times. The only drawback is that to get to the hotel, someone has to be waiting for you at a plaza since someone has to guide you through alleyways, just like a maze. But, overall, it is worth it. I will stay there again in a jiffy. "

"Overall a really beautiful riad in a quiet part of the medina. Offered a quiet retreat from the chaos outside. Would recommend staying there."

"All the staff’s are very nice and accommodating"

"This property is a good value"

"Everything about this riad was perfect, from the friendly, helpful staff to the lovely, well-maintained rooms. Private meal service is available, too, offering delicious home cooking. Travelers should note that it's about a 15-minute walk to the central areas of the medina. This is important if you're planning to stay out past about 9 p.m., since the gates to the central area close and options for walking back are limited."

"Wonderful staff, excellent breakfast, clean "

"Awesome destination!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful riad! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and very responsive to everything we needed. They were so kind to give us a complimentary upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise and made our stay even more special. The riad itself was calm, cozy, and peaceful—a perfect place to relax after exploring Marrakech. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this riad and would happily stay here...

"Highly recommend Riad Sapphire, we had a wonderful stay here. Abdul, Driss and the other staff were fantastic, always helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The Riad is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful every morning. Would definitely come back if we returned to Marrakesh."
