"The hotel was ok. It is located centered in the souks and the walking distance to many activities. The staff is not accommodating, they do the bare minimum. I asked for a hair dryer my entire stay and kept being told there isn’t one available to go back early in the morning when people are checking out. I asked about the salon and I was told to wash my hair only room and the person would come to dry in my room. I told them there isn’t conditioner and was told the salon also doesn’t have hair conditioner. My toilet was not flushing , 3 times I called to have someone come fix it. In the morning the bathroom had a sewer like smell. For breakfast it’s the same every day. Bakery items, like croissants and a omelette station. The only thing that made this stay decent is the location of the hotel."

"The place advertised it has off street parking, We drove from Rebat and followed directions to find ourselves in a very narrow street with people angry at us. With difficulty and a horrible time we were able to drive out with people moving their goods and chairs. We skipped the place and went somewhere else"

"I would recommend anyone visiting Marrakech to book this Riad! It’s in a great location, walking distance to all the popular tourist attractions in the Medina. We were warmly greeted and served complimentary fresh tea and water on our arrival. The room was spacious and clean! Lots of cupboards to put your belongings in and a safe. The staff were amazing and helpful and made sure we were taken care of. We were given a map and recommendations of areas to visit and eat at in Marrakech. There’s a lovely rooftop where you can hangout and lay in the sun. Breakfast was delicious, and the tea that was served was the best I’ve had in Morocco! I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Marrakech!"
