"Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant served varieties of buffet food at reasonable price. Very clean and nice environment. However there were flies everywhere, maybe due to the hot weather. Bedroom was clean and very comfortable with cool air conditioning. It needs to walk about 20 minutes to the Square and open market (Souk). Its a bit hard walking under the strong sun."

"Je ne recommande pas ce Riad. Il est situé au fond de la médina, à 25 min à pied de Jemaa el-Fna, dans une rue peu rassurante (El Gza), surtout le soir. En tant que deux jeunes femmes, nous avons dû être accompagnées pour rentrer. La chambre au rez-de-chaussée, près de la piscine, était mal insonorisée, sans rangement dans la salle de bain, et la porte coinçait au sol. Inconfortable. Le plus gros problème reste la gérante : elle nous a "aidées" à réserver un taxi pour 250 dirhams aller-retour...

"Made a last-minute reservation after missing a flight. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are clean, modern and nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the included breakfast in the café downstairs. This was on a very hot day in Marrakesh and the air-conditioning was not working well in my first room, but the staff went out of their way to get me into cooler room.
