"The room and the Riad was beautiful it was just the authentic experience we were looking for. We had two private patio areas to relax on a morning or evening. Travelling as a group of two Mums with their teenage daughters we were hesitant if Morocco was the right choice for us but had a great time. The riad team kept in touch with us by what’s app and ordered our airport transfers. This was fantastic as we would have struggled to find the road on our own without internet. They came out to meet us and took our bags. We were welcomed with mint tea and they kept the restaurant open late for us so we could eat dinner when our flight was delayed. They helped us with directions, excursions and friendly advice without any pressure. The breakfast was different each day with lots of options. We stayed for three nights and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, the streets outside are very busy but everyone is friendly and will help you if you get directions confused. I used a foreign esim for three days and google maps which worked well. If you are sensitive to noise there is a mosque close by and you can hear the early call to prayer so take some ear plugs however not all of our group heard it. Don’t forget to spend all your local currency before you leave as airport shops don’t accept it only the restaurants ( which also don’t have alcohol ) "

"The staff were first class. I didn’t find one that wasn’t helpful and friendly. A big thankyou yo the two ladies in the restaurant at lunchtime. Always busy, welcoming and smiling. I think one was called Fatima. The hotel facilities were very good. The room with hot tub was very clean and well maintained. The food selection was always amazing. How lucky were we to be there for Halloween night. Everybody had made such a massive effort. "

"The staff at Riad Andalla Spa is extremely caring and kind, especially with making sure you & family feel safe and have what you need. Cars are able to drop off very nearby, so the walk with suitcases is very easy (no mazes), they hired reliable drivers. In addition Abdullah was extremely kind and helpful in terms of advice on how to deal with safety and haggling prices in the nearby souks. The building has really beautiful art, and the Riad itself is a really nice place to relax, with many beautiful sitting rooms throughout the Riad. The dinner, although somewhat pricey, was really fantastic - again very attentive and kind staff. Some words on how accommodating the staff were: clear and easy communication with staff through the Expedia app. At both dinner and the complimentary breakfast, they put a lot of effort into ensuring there was gluten free dishes for my wife (Celiac’s). My parents needed somewhere to wait for their flight for ~5 hours, and there was no problem with bringing them with the driver, staying at the Riad until the afternoon and getting them a driver to the airport. I really felts my family was safe and taken care of - huge compliments to the staff for a wonderful atmosphere!"

"It’s a beautiful riad that’s pretty much walking distance to the restaurants we went to and close to the main road where taxis could be hailed and tour vans met. The highlight of our stay is the awesome team of staff spearheaded by Oumaima who treated us with special care - from our arrival, booking our tour, arranging our rides - everything was clearly communicated and efficiently done. Highly recommend!"

"The Riyadh was an excellent choice for someone who wanted to experience the authentic culture. My room was clean and I had a warm blanket. One of my favorite parts of this Riyadh was their rooftop. It felt so nice to be able to go up there and feel the wind, look at the stars and just relax. That part always gave me a feeling of peace. The breakfast was great! It was a traditional breakfast which I found really delicious. There is something special about this Riyadh as it gives you more of a sense of home. Zayed was the biggest helper in my trip because he always accommodated my needs. I was very comfortable and safe here. The hospitality was amazing as everyone was able to contact when I need them. Everyone was very polite and made sure I got anything I needed. This place has a warm atmosphere and very kind people. The owner of the Riyadh and everyone involved was caring and attentive to any needs I may have. They helped me navigate through Morroco. They made my trip to Morroco memorable. It's an excellent Riyadh. I can't thank enough the people who made my experience memorable. Thank you!"
