Positive: Good, clean, Small renovated hotel (only 10 rooms). Comfortable bed, renovated bathroom, safe locker and small fridge in the room, free tea and a coffee machine in the reception (1 euro). Negative: reservation was for a room with balcony, all rooms only have a Juliet balcony (in other words, you open the door and that’s all). Also, because hotel is in a busy street and in front of a busy square in the second floor, at night there are some noise. Finally, hotel in a shared building with other hotels, and it looks like none of the hotels take care of common areas (stairs and elevator).

The hotel is in a great location. You are in the heart of Gran Vía, which is one of the main avenues in the center of Madrid. You can walk to any restaurant, historic site, plaza and the metro stations. The Metro is a very convenient way to travel through the city. The hotel offers an easy way to checking via a number keypad entry, if you arrive after hours. The rooms are located on the second floor, they have an elevator. The elevator has a limit of people and weight so be prepared. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I suggest you have Whatsapp, this is the best way to communicate in Europe. I will stay here again for its convenient location, cleanliness and accessibility.

The accommodations were excellent including the location. Room was very comfortable and bed was was great. Only issue was difficult to find due poor signage. Property is located on Main Street Grand Via and lack good signage.

This is in a great location in Madrid. Walking distance to most must see sights. It is difficult to find the entrance. The room smelled musty. Staff were friendly. Room was very clean.

I found it very reasonably priced and easy to find. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. My only issue was construction in a room above me which was annoying but the staff had no control over

Pros: Location, close to restaurants, shopping and the sights. Bed and pillows extremely comfortable; water pressure very good and free Netflix definitely a plus. Room is clean and modern. Cons: The building that these rooms are housed in. The elevator is extremely slow and problematic at times. The staircase is poorly lit and parts not lit at all which I find hazardous. The fact that you have to pay $1.00 per coffee to me is cheap. Summary: To me these accommodations are like an upgraded/fancy hostel.
