All check in and out process are do it by myself. All the communication with the property staffs are by email. Location is not close to the city, but you can find the metro station by walking 5 minutes. A little bit confuse when I get the key but I don't have any guide to find my room. Room is clean, large and well equipped.

Central to Madrid city within walking distance to main attractions and shopping. Lots of food options nearby and very short walk to Chueca metro. Apartment is super clean and kitchen is well equipped with cooking facilities. Love the customer service given right after booking - from keeping us updated with simple check-in/out info to quick response to our queries! Highly recommended for staying here.

This apartment is well located and the check in process went pretty well. We had some issues with the door key and there is no manual for using appliances etc. the team was very responsive to questions however. Some things to note: the living and kitchen were nice size but both the bathroom and bedroom were tight, typical in Europe. There was also cigarette smoke smell on and off, either from neighbors or hotel guests next door. I’d consider staying here again as price and amenities were better than most comparable hotels.
