"Finding the hotel was fairly easy once we figured out that the shuttle doesn't really run from the airport to the hotel so you have to take a train. Kinda dumb - only a one-way shuttle. Their website doesn't make it super clear.
The hotel is in what we thought was a nice area. We felt safe walking from the train to the hotel (short walk, flat road.)
The hotel lobby is quite nice and seemed super clean (hotel's < 1 year old at this time). We had a short wait to check-in and Mark handled our checkin - he was fantastic. Super friendly, quite efficient, and very, very helpful. Super nice guy.
The room is a bit small but it's workable for one night. I love the free water everywhere - nice touch. It's probably not sustainable as people will take it.
There is an hourly shuttle (hourly???) back to the airport. They stressed several times that it's first-come, first-served. Umm, if you don't make it, you have to take a taxi or wait an hour? No thanks.
The worst part is that we were loading up for the 7am shuttle to the airport and someone jumped on the van and stole one of our bags. They had been hanging around and had a car there so set it up well. There's ZERO security. My wife went inside to complain and they didn't care very much. Eventually they called the police who cared even less.
After a while, one of the young ladies said she was going to look at the cameras. We didn't wait as we knew nothing would get resolved. Keep your head on a swivel since the hotel has no security)."
