Clean and modern room equipped with everything you need for staying in Madrid. Close to metro station and rapid connection to explore Madrid. The apartment was very neat, spacious, has everything you would need to use as an apartment on checking in, me and my family were so happy seeing all the spacious wordropes and drawers,kitchen utensils complete, iron table and iron it self,we did not regret booking the apartment even though it was at the 14th floor, the lifts worked perfectly well throughout our stay ,we love everything about the apartment, I will recommend the apartment 101% to people visiting Marid.

I loved that the people in the front desk were very helpful, they let us leave our bags, because we got to the property about 3 hours early for our check in, the apartment spacious and clean, restaurants, markets where close by. My daughter's friend loved how close the property was to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium she attended a game and was only a 15 minute walk back to the property. Highly recommend this property. I will definitely stay here again when i visit Madrid again!

Fantastic property - larger than expected. Great location for our family - a residential area with lots of play parks for children, supermarkets and a variety of food options close by if needed. Walking distance to the Bernabeu and lots of public transport options.

Excellent stay at a very high standard of apartment. Great location with 2 metro stops within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. Friendly staff on the reception. The apartment was of a very high standard. Plenty of good restaurants within an easy walk also. Will be returning to this apartment.

Very disappointed, old building. The appartment was clean, except for hair in the bed sheets. Smelled of mothballs that would not go away despite leaving the windows open. Shower drain clogged, water just accumulated while showering and would overflow… AC made a loud buzzing noise all night. Pool oversold by the pictures, water level super low, below the water return so doesnt filter. Overall overpriced for what it is

The check-in was super quick and easy and the staff very helpful. The apartment was well equipped. Loved it that it is pet friendly! The internet connection is okay. You have to pay an extra fee for better speed if you need to work.

Choose this because of the pool. Pool opens at restricted hours 11:30-2:30 then 4:30-8:30pm which means no swimming in the morning. Also no towels provided but u r not supposed to use room towels. A note when booking to bring towels would be good. Our first room had a strange smell like smouldering electrics they eventually changed our room after 2 nights. The air on has an intermittent buzzing noise which might disturb sensitive people from sleep. Not sure if I would go back though can see it is good value for family or if u want a kitchen. Convenient for the underground (Cuzco n Tetuan).

The room was an oven. I arrived and settled down and notice the a/c was not working. I went down after an hour and reached out. They sent a person. He explained it was going to go down to 20 C .. it was at 24.5= 76 degrees. forever. Outside was cooler 66 We all sweated overnight, the worst night!! Don’t say there is a A/C when there is not!!

Desde o check-in até nossa saída que foi muito cedo a equipe esteve sempre muito prestativa e todos os funcionários foram nota 10. O apto estava muito limpo e perfeitamente equipado. A localização é perfeita, num bairro tranquilo é maravilhoso de Madrid, tinha até supermercado ao lado de nosso Apart. Quando chegamos tivemos problema em abrir o sofá, pois ele se transformava numa cama de casal, mas liguei para Recepção e enviaram rapidamente um funcionário. Recomendo 100% e quando voltemos a Madrid, com certeza ficaremos novamente lá.
