As per the stuff the hotel will be renovation soon so they aren’t t spending money for anything now ! The location is beyond excellent in grand via , but cleanliness is to be taking care of ! Stuff are v cooperative and when we complained about cleanliness in the room on the spot the house keeping supervisor was at the door trying to help and did the best she can

Service at this hotel is second to none. It was great from check in to check out. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean as well and had a nice smell. Complimentary water in the room was a plus. However, the property does need some renovations and proper maintenance. Rooms are a bit outdated and there's construction next door, so there was a lot of noise. Rooms are not soundproofed. We had a pleasant stay. The location is very convenient and right on Gran Via. Tip: do not pay extra for a premium room, as it does not necessarily mean that will be "premium".

We loved the location, it was great, right in the middle of the busy street, great night life, convenient to all. The room was new, clean and the beds and comforters were really nice and cozy.
