The staff were wonderful and the hotel was nicely decorated with calming tones. Everything was clean and quiet as the evening moved along. I'd gladly stay again as I found it a good value.

This hotel is five minutes walking distance from the Chamartin train station wich is very convinient if you are planing to go anywhere. The hotel ambiance is great due to the music theme and the staff is very friendly. We loved it!

Hotel Riu Plaza España
Our biggest regards to Lucas at the front desk who helped change our room as 1st room was located aside all ventilation so was very noisy. Unfortunately not the best overall quality for a hotel with this reputation.

Hard Rock Hotel Madrid
Hard Rock Hotel is a gorgeous boutique hotel in the centre of Madrid, within walking distance of many of the sights. Our room was spotless, with an outlook over the reception area, where a fabulous range of music, sometimes live, could be heard.
