"Great staff and great location"

"We booked our stay literally the same day because the place we were originally going to stay at was not clean, safe or nice at all. But I’m SO happy it redirected us to this hotel! It was such an upgrade. The rooms were very nice with very comfortable bedding and good view. I loved how the hotel offered $15 daily credit we could use for drinks or a small snack. We really liked the rooftop area, it had a decent sized pool and a really cool western bar. We wish we brought our boots lol but it was so fun upstairs seeing people line dance and enjoy good drinks. They didn’t have parking area but they did have valet and charged $50 per night. The cleaning lady, Teresa Moreno, left our place spotless and organized! Honestly all the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful! We loved this hotel and plan on coming back."

"Sketchy area. Old hotel. Great price. Just needed a place local to sleep for the night. Was on a work trip in West Hollywood. So it served its purpose. Prob would not stay again. "

"The front desk experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member didn’t greet us, was unhelpful, and came across as rude. Unfortunately, this wasn’t just our experience, I noticed she treated other guests the same way. A more welcoming and professional approach would have made a big difference."

"It was a bit noisy and this could be helped by double glazing but overall with the pool and the proximity to the Ovation centre and Chinese theatre it was perfect for my needs! "

"Sound proof is no good. Noisy at times. Good location to Metro commuters, walking distance to Hollywood Walk of fame n Dolby Theatre, can see Hollywood sign on the mountain at Dolby Theatre. Good location. But motel is old. Overall happy with the experience at this price. "

"I really liked staying here! I thought it was very nicely designed all over, the staff was very friendly and attentive, and it felt small and intimate which lended to a nice relaxed feeling through out my stay. I brought my dog and she was very welcomed and adored, which I also appreciated. Wasn't loving the area around to walk her, but once I was inside the hotel every thing was 10/10"

"Showed up to the hotel place looked completely disgusting.. inside and the outside as well. Windows were open in the room, blankets were all torn and dirty, smelled like cigarettes, no parking available, so many homeless people staying in there not safe at all. Didn’t end up staying here fought with the front desk for deposit back horrible experience DO NOT STAY HERE"

"This place asked for deposit and it’s been a week I have not received it back. You will have to keep calling for them to release. Also there was no hot water when i showered"
