Room was safe and spotless. Staff were extremely helpful throughout my stay. Having a kitchen with all necessary equipment to cook your meals or heat up in the microwave. It is very convenient to have across street the Metro and Target. All residents also staying made to stay exceptional.

Let's just say I went in with a 2-star expectation and walked out way more than content. I mean, sure, the rooms aren't sound proof, the beds are a little small and creaky, some guests are extra noisy -- but for this price?!
Staff was super friendly and helpful, cleaning services were constantly keeping things tidy, rooms all have keycard locks, free continental breakfast, plenty of outlets, free wifi.... and all at a tourist location? Not a bad price at all. Would defs do again.

Nice hotel close to Hollywood, 10 minutes walk. Just wished they had a laundromat at hotel. Free breakfast included was good.

I loved this place, especially the privacy you get with the curtains around the beds! It was a great experience & the complementary coffee in the mornings was great!

Good deal for Hollywood
It had a friendly and helpful staff and local activities offered,went on the Hollywood sign hike and enjoyed it.

The hotel is very clean and the front desk is very helpful/courteous. They offer a complimentary breakfast every day, including fresh coffee. I have stayed there numerous times when I visit los angeles, and I recommend it. No complaints.

First time Hostel stay and it was a great experience. Staff 24hrs and very welcoming. Cleanliness is 10 out of 10! Bathroom clean. Location perfect. No complaints.
