"The superbly friendly and helpful staff at this hotel is the only saving grace and if it’s a must, its location right next to the airport. Other than these two, find a different hotel. The initial room I was given had a non working AC. (Mind you, the area’s temperature is in the upper 80s (fahrenheit) with an 80+ % humidity. So, it’s hot and you’re sweating!) They offered me their Executive Suite and transferred me there. Superbly generous of them I initially thought until I discovered the AC situation to be the same, the hot water doesn’t work, the bathroom floors weren’t vacuumed properly and, all the wicker furniture, which is essentially ALL furniture, needed detailed dusting. They serve very good food but there’s plenty of good food in the area."

"Not good especially in the daytime, yet it was only 7 am, not cooling enough. We wish we could adjust the thermostat from our room. Our BR sink was draining so slow, sink soap dispenser not dispensing, empty or out of order. Otherwise, staff were respectful & receptive to the complaints. "

"Unsafe place to stay, very rough area. We checked into the room and it didn’t have any windows. Everything was outdated/ run down. We checked out within two hours and found a nicer hotel closer to the airport as anywhere else is really rough"

"Very cool studio apartment located in a larger apartment complex. I loved that there was a full kitchen with coffee maker, microwave and big refrigerator. The lighting in the bedroom and bathroom was fun. Plus, robe and slippers for after the refreshing rain shower. It was walking distance to anything I needed. Wonderful Thai food, coffee, 7-11, supermarket, and massage."
