Everything was great. From start till end.

Our stay was really pleasant. The hotel and service was excellent.

A preferred place to stay for both vacation and business trip. Hotel staff and supervisors are friendly and approachable. Excellent location, amenities and services.

It was my first time to change my hotel for my last trip and thankful for the warm welcome and hospitality of the hotel management, supervisors and staff. Room was clean with great amenities and nice view. There were free welcome drinks, chocolates and personalized note from the Front Desk Manager. I enjoyed my stay at Sands. Looking forward to my next stay.

Special shoutout to the very competent and courteous Filipino staff! The Filipino guy at the concierge desk was especially nice and helpful, going out of his way to help us and give advice on how to get around the city.

Clean room and the staff are great and so helpful.

Great Filipino staffs

We had a great stay. We celebrated our 10th yr anniversary in Ascot Macau. We stayed for 4 days all were great they gave us upgraded room to executive suite and a bottle of wine with greeting card. My 2 yr old daughter love the room it’s spacious and clean. They only need to improve their buffet food. Almost the same food we ate for 4 days of our stay. Outdoor pool is not available and indoor pool is not heated. But all in all we will go back in this hotel

It is a nice hotel, hard to find.. the taxis didnt know where, we just have to say at babylon casino.. peaceful hotel and 10min walk to the macau port area
