"Our stay was nice and everything was clean. My only two issues were that the pool closes way too early we only got to swim for about 15 min and the staff didn’t tell us that until we went back down to go swimming so my son was really bummed out about that. Also the breakfast in the morning was good but it’s basically all self serve which is fine and all except when we were trying to use the waffle maker the two woman staff that were over watching the breakfast area could have definitely been a little bit nicer. The staff at the front desk were great and very nice! Also the couple of ice machines that we did try to use did not work"

"Last week I spent 5 nights at Ardsley Acres. 98% of my stay was great except for one experience. Upon checking in, I was informed by the lovely lady at the desk that coffee was available 24 hours a day in the lobby. The first 2 mornings at 5:30 am, I was greeted by an awesomely friendly gentleman named Brian who buzzed me into the lobby and chit chatted with me as I made my coffee. The 3rd morning at 5:30 am I was surprised not to be buzzzed in but met by a man talking to me through the glass with "what do you want?" He buzzed me in after I said I was there for coffee, but the whole time he stated the hours to me that I was allowed to come into the lobby for coffee and breakfast. Although not rude per say, he made me feel I was being terribly intrusive. Just as a suggestion, to avoid confusion, maybe it would be best to post physical signs in the lobby and the rooms stating what the allowable times are for access to the lobby."
