"Lovely economy room. Well decorated and comfortable. The room was extremely small and I habitually banged my arms getting in and out of the bathroom. There was no natural light as the window was obscured by a wall. It was cosy and snug ... even though there were inconveniences, I would still stay here again and again. The location, the staff and the public areas made this a truly wonderful experience. The room and hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast demonstrated excellent attention to detail. I also asked for a kettle and this was immediately brought to my room, so service was exceptional. "

The hotel is on the third floor, the steps are shallow and the friendly staff will carry your bags. We are in our 80s but the lack of a lift certainly didn’t spoil our stay We would go back"
