The room was very nice. The location was easy to get around as you are in the heart of the city. Most attractions were either an easy walk or a quick bus or metro ride away. The hotel's breakfast was okay. We ate elsewhere most days. The restaurants near the hotel were a bit more expensive than those across the river or a short walk from the hotel. The hotels free breakfast website never worked. The front desk sent me a link that did work. But, the QR code at the front desk didn't work for myself and a half dozen other folks staying there. The staff was great and super helpful. Their towel policy was a little too long between swapping them. We were able to gain fresh towels an extra time during our week-long stay. We used the microwave.

Exceptional service from the front desk, Aminata was particularly attentive to our needs. Breakfast was excellent, fresh squeezed orange juice, freshly baked croissants, pains au chocolat, madeleines, French crêpes, 6 different “Bonne Maman” jams, large selections of coffee types…..

Surprised to find a hotel without AC. Overall, the provided fan (excellent quality) was largely enough to support the T during my 2-night stay during the second heat wave in Lyon (Jun 18-20).

Great place to visit

Lyon is our new favorite place with this hotel being right where you want to be! Good public transportation to get anywhere you want. Most things we walked to anyway and had an abundance of great shopping and eating choices! Breakfast was very good and the staff treated us very nicely! Would come back!
