The Staff from start to finish was amazing. Everyone we interacted with was above and beyond helpful and attentive to our needs. Just a short walk up the hill from the center of old town, right below the Roman theaters. This hotel was 5 star all the way. In particular the concierge gave us top recommendations for sight seeing and restaurants. Our room had a view of the picturesque and tranquil gardens of the courtyard which was amazing to sit on our balcony each morning and have coffee.

Not the best city view in a city view room.

Arrived late due to travel delays. Was able to have room service first night. Limited menu but nice. Had reserved City View room, see pictures for view advertised vs actual view. Room was nice and clean but as stay progressed housekeeping did not remove trash, replace water cups or restock mini bar. Never repaired latch on door as requested. Asked to replace dirty towels and bathrobes on 3rd day by putting in tub per instructional card. They just rehung the same dirty robes. Replaced only half the towels. While the hotel is further from the city it is nice and quiet. But honestly maybe not worth the addition cost or travel time. Staff very nice and professional.

Had a great stay. Uniquely located property 2 mins walk from fernicular and the medieval side of lyon. Wonderful staff - attentive and prompt bellman/valet, great concierge who gave us a great quick layout of where to go and what to do

There’s nothing like a warm welcome and deeply curious staff, invested in their craft and your experience. We arrived to a beautiful hotel and a team that wanted to know about us, genuinely curious, led by the remarkable Francois who, once he learned that we were going to walk the Puy, shared an enthusiasm that was infectious. That the rooms are gorgeous is almost a given. They are. As are the pool and bar. Francois embodies grace. Wow.
