"Great hotel close to all the sights in the Old Quarter. Our room was clean and spacious and having a balcony was a perfect spot to have a beer and enjoy the scene below. Breakfast was good and there were enough food options to fill you up prior to the start of the day. We did find the coffee to the be the best of all the places we stayed over our two weeks in Vietnam. We also found the hotel to be a little quieter than others in the area - although quiet in Hanoi is subjective. All the staff were great, and were lucky enough to meet and interact with Jenny. She was extremely helpful and kind and arranged transportation for our next stop in Tam Coc. We could have probably found a grab that was a little cheaper, but it was nice having the piece of mind that the driver she found for us would get us safely to our next stop. He also arranged our pickup after our stay in Tam Coc, which was great. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would certainly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a spot close to the action... but not too close. "

"They really went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Even on arrival, they met us at a drop off point (the street in front of the hotel is a walking zone on weekends) to collect bags and escort us the 50 meters to the door. Multiple checks to ensure we had everything we needed. Great location. "
