"Great property in Old Quarter Hanoi. Staff was helpful, courteous & friendly. Rooms were excellent. Lots to see & do nearby. Happy Hour was a big plus. For our 1st time in Vietnam this Hotel was a real treat. Would stay here again. "

"I would like to recognize the staff at the Aurora Hotel, specifically Ms. Mia, Mr. Tee, and Mr. Andy, who were exceptional. The 3 of them went above and beyond. to make my stay enjoyable. Ms Mia was so pleasant and a joy to talk with, Mr Tee gave me some great ideas in my travel plans as an adventurer, and Mr Andy was really interested in how my day went. The rooms were to my liking, and I asked to be placed on a lower floor, which they were able to accommodate. Any restaurant, massage, excursion, etc, was within walking distance or an Uber/bus ride away. Some friends and I are already making plans to come back, and we will be staying again at this hotel. Thank you again Ms. Mia, Mr Tee and Mr Andy. Sincerely Sharon"

"This hotel was perfect. It was in a great location, with endless eating and shopping options. Lots of places to walk around and very easy access to transportation options. The staff was extremely friendly, the spa service was immaculate and our room was absolutely amazing. The room was just as described, so beautiful and comfy. The host Limh Pham was soo helpful and kind. She even sent us a list of recommendations for places to eat, drink and sight see. It made our trip soo much easier with all of her help. We definitely recommend this place you want to visit hanoi's old quarter. "

"I stayed alone in a superior double room. There was plenty of space besides the bed, which made it comfortable and relaxing. The room felt a little dated and the equipment such as the TV was fairly standard, but it was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom had a handheld shower with hot water available right away, which was very convenient. Although the hotel is located on a main street, my room was set a bit further back, so I wasn’t bothered by traffic noise. Breakfast was average, nothing particularly special or delicious. One thing I didn’t like was that after housekeeping on the second day, I found black footprints on the bathroom floor and bath mat. I hope the cleaning staff will pay more attention to this. Even though I mentioned a few negatives, considering the room rate, I was very satisfied overall."
