"The property managers are not good. They are not cleaning property and not changing bed sheets and not providing any clean service during our stay. They are just looking for money without providing service. Further, they want to give a bad condition property if you don’t ask."

"Not clean hairs on ths balcony floor. Someons dirty underwear and shoes left in the bathroom. Dirty inside wall cupboard. Rubbish in the cupboard draws. No remote control for the tv so unusable. No hot water so cold showers. No hot water for washing. "

"The facilities in the room are very complete, comfortable and reasonably arranged. I especially like the soft bed and the smooth air conditioning. It's just a pity that the wifi is sometimes unstable at night. I will recommend this hotel to my friends."

"I would like to recognize the staff at the Aurora Hotel, specifically Ms. Mia, Mr. Tee, and Mr. Andy, who were exceptional. The 3 of them went above and beyond. to make my stay enjoyable. Ms Mia was so pleasant and a joy to talk with, Mr Tee gave me some great ideas in my travel plans as an adventurer, and Mr Andy was really interested in how my day went. The rooms were to my liking, and I asked to be placed on a lower floor, which they were able to accommodate. Any restaurant, massage, excursion, etc, was within walking distance or an Uber/bus ride away. Some friends and I are already making plans to come back, and we will be staying again at this hotel. Thank you again Ms. Mia, Mr Tee and Mr Andy. Sincerely Sharon"

"Second time staying at this lovely, central hotel in the Old Quarter. Great location and close to restaurants, bars and shops. The room was very clean, spacious with great amenities. Breakfast is a buffet selection of local and European with several egg dish options to order. The Skybar is a great place to hang out at night with a wonderful view across the lake."
