"What a charming hotel. I gave it 5 stars, but with some cautions. The hotel itself is lovely, charming, and well-appointed; the quality of the room furnishings and amenities was excellent. But our room was comically small, even by NYC standards. We stayed in a room with two twins, and it was darling, but the "twins" are European twins and very, very narrow. I think most adults would find them too small. My 16-year-old son was fine, but I'm accustomed to a larger bed. The other point worth mentioning is that the "view" from our window was very dismal, not something that could be avoided based on where the room is positioned in the building, but if you are staying for more than one night, you might find it claustrophobic. That said, I would definitely stay here again, but I would be more intentional with my room selection."

"Our stay was great. Cool location right on top of F train stop. Atmospherein the hotel is relly cool. A few small things, NYC is a loud place. They have a bluetooth speaker we used to play white noise to help us sleep. This hotel doesnt have coffee in the room or complimentary in the lobby. Have to pay at their cafe for coffee. Hotel should consider getting rid of iPad check in. Does anyone like that? There were to great agents there to help, Graham and EK. Give them a raise and hire more front deak agents. Ditch the iPads. Overall, i would recommend and return to this hotel."

"bed was flilthy. The next day we were expecting new sheets, cleaned room. we were gone all day to an unclean room and knock on our door at 5 looking to clean it, we are now getting ready for dinner told them to come back at 5:30 they never did so we had dirty sheets ( and i have pictures) extremely disapointed. dont trust the pictures. "

"Great location. Friendly staff. Restaurant/Lounge was under renovation so no comments. Small rooms, older hotel, closet sliding doors didn’t work making it difficult to get to your clothes. Don’t get any room with an 03 at the end, ie 603 or 703 etc. it’s literally on the elevator shaft and by the utility rooms and staff comes in and out very loudly starting early in the morning. "
