The staff is amazing!!! The decor is fun. Traffic a bit loud on the one side of the hotel but ear plugs are provided.

The hotel provided a wonderful breakfast. The staff were really helpful and carried our bags to our room as there is no lift. The hotel is a walkable distance to the old town in Lucca. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
