The hotel and its staff are excellent and the breakfast was outstanding. Staffing levels were really good. This is a very well run establishment.

The hotel itself is beautiful and within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff on reception were especially friendly and helpful and arranged restaurant reservations for us and checked ahead with all these restaurants to make sure they catered for gluten free. The restaurant within the hotel is definitely worth a visit, the tasting menu was absolutely stunning and the staff again were so friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommended staying here and we will definitely be coming back.

My husband took me here for my birthday. The staff was warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make my day special. It was wonderful! They upgraded us and the room and view were spectacular! We loved the shower as well. I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful hotel!

Newly refurbished hotel, very modern and esthetic, very comfortable rooms and bathroom. Like in many hotels the shower water pressure is very disappointing. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with great verity but they charge extra for omelets and that, together with charging for bottled water is the only point of dissatisfaction we have.

Pricey but one of the better hotels in town

Very expensive for the area. Some very nice hotel features (modern lighting/fixtures/etc). Very expensive for the area (which seems a bit run down). The hot water wasn’t working in our room. The parking is on the street for 20 Euro. Most restaurants are closed on Monday.

Reception staff did not appear to have our interests at heart: our sons bed was not prepared on arrival, reservations not followed-up by concierge (we made the bookings ourselves), no inquiry if we enjoyed our stay or not on check-out If you are staying in the junior suite, check if the chewing gum is still lying on the windowsill. How can the turndown service oversee it for a close to a week?

AIR CON PRE SET TOO HIGH OR BROKE

Clearly states air conditioning. Air con was set at 25 degrees. Set it with a minus 3 and temperature stayed at 25. At night it went from 25 to 25.4 while it was 21 degrees outside. Hotel told me they would fix and didn’t . Was told that they set it at 25 and people seem happy with this. Now the manager is trying to say that I was shown how to work the air con. 1. No one showed or explained anything 2. I am an experienced traveller and I know how to operate an air con unit.
